Susanna studied Architecture at the Polytechnic University in Milan. Her interest in public space led her to move toward the field of open spaces and landscape architecture.
In Milan, she worked for several years as a landscape architect, developing a strong sensitivity for the design of urban public spaces and the potential of designing with greenery. She later moved to the Netherlands, where she specialized in the design of inclusive public spaces, playful environment intended for all ages, contributing to interdisciplinary projects ranging from landscape to built structures, with particular attention to materials, forms, and user experience.
After obtaining her architecture qualification in 2018, gaining work experience in Italy and abroad, publishing a scientific article based on her thesis, she decided to start her own practice: Planomie studio.

Planomie is an architectural practice that Playfully explores anomy as a space of possibility.
When norms weaken or are suspended, margins for experimentation open up. Anomy is, therefore, not a void, but an interstice: a moment in which rules can be reinvented.
Anomy allows for unforeseen uses of space, encourages spontaneous appropriation, and leaves room for plural, non-codified identities.
